What types of prints can be personalised?

All our prints can be personalised! We have a wide range of personalisation options to choose from including different clothing options, hair options pet options and more. You can also fully customise the text on our prints. Just select the ‘custom quote’ option, type in your wording and we will add that to your order.

Can I customise the size and dimensions of the prints?

Our prints are available in various sizes, including 5×7, A5, 8×10, A4, and A3.

For digital downloads, the default size is 8.27×11.69 inches, but they can be printed in any size. If you’d like your digital files to be a different size, please let us know.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once we receive your order we aim to send a draft copy of your order within 1-2 business days. However, during busier periods, it may take a little longer. Once you have received and confirmed the draft, we will get your order printed & into the post using your chosen delivery method.

Please note that delivery times apply after the item has been dispatched and do not include our processing times.

For unframed prints, cards, acrylic & ceramic products delivered within the UK, we use the Royal Mail 48 service, which usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive from dispatch. Although this service is not fully tracked, you will receive updates when delivery is attempted.

All framed prints are sent with the Royal Mail tracked 48 service which includes full end-to-end tracking and is estimated to take 2-4 business days to arrive.

During the checkout process, you can choose to upgrade your postage to the following options:
– Royal Mail Tracked 48 service – Fully tracked, est. 2-4 business days
– Royal Mail Tracked 24 service – Fully tracked, est. 1-2 business days
– Next-Day Delivery – arrives with you the next business day

For international orders, we use the Royal Mail International Tracked service. Estimated shipping times vary between countries, but generally, it takes 7-10 business days to arrive from dispatch. This service includes full end-to-end tracking

For digital orders, we will send the final PDF and JPEG files via email once we receive confirmation that you are satisfied with the draft or if we don’t hear back from you, when we reach your final dispatch date.

Can I preview my order?

Yes, all purchases on Pretty Unique Prints include a draft copy of your order. This allows you to see how everything looks together and provides an opportunity to make any minor alterations or changes. Please note that we do not provide draft copies prior to purchase, due to the time required to create the draft according to your specific requirements.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We ship internationally using the Royal Mail International Tracked service. The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.

What options do I have for framing my customised print?

We offer perfectly paired frames for our 5×7, A5, 8×10, and A4 prints. Our high-quality frames are available in black or white, adding the perfect final touch to tie everything together.
