Are the prints framed?

At Pretty Unique Prints, we offer the option of receiving your prints either framed or unframed. Choose the style that suits your preferences and needs when ordering.

Do you provide a preview?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. That’s why all purchases include a draft copy of your personalised print or gift. This preview allows you to see how everything looks together and provides an opportunity for minor alterations and changes to ensure it’s perfect for you.

We will send your draft copy over to the email address provided when purchasing.

Please note that we create the draft copy to your specific requirements after purchase and do not provide previews prior to that. This is due to the amount of work and time that goes into creating your order.

We appreciate your understanding regarding this process.

Do you accept cancellations?

Due to the customised nature of our products and the time invested in creating each draft according to your personal requirements, we are unable to accept cancellations once the draft copy has been created. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this policy.

What about refunds?

As our items are personalised and made-to-order specifically for you, we do not provide refunds for these products. We are committed to delivering high-quality prints and gifts that meet your expectations so if there are any issues with your order please don’t hesitate to drop us a message.

If you have any questions or concerns before making a purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We are more than happy to assist you and address any inquiries you may have.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. To expedite the resolution process, kindly provide photographs showing the damaged packaging and product. Once we receive this information, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you.

What are my delivery options? (UK Customers)

For our UK customers, we offer the following delivery options:

– Unframed Prints, cards, acrylic & ceramic products: Sent via Royal Mail 48 service, estimated to arrive within 2-4 business days from dispatch. This service is not fully tracked, but you will receive updates when delivery is attempted.
– Framed Prints: Sent with Royal Mail tracked 48 service, estimated to arrive in 2-4 business days and includes full end-to-end tracking for your convenience.

During the checkout process, you have the option to add postage upgrades to your order:

– Royal Mail Tracked 48 service: Fully tracked, with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days.
– Royal Mail Tracked 24 service: Fully tracked, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days.
– Next-Day Delivery: Guaranteed delivery on the next working day.

What are my delivery options? (International customers)

For our international customers, we use the Royal Mail International Tracked service for all orders.

While the shipping times may vary depending on the destination country, the Royal Mail International Tracked service typically takes 7-10 business days from dispatch and provides full end-to-end tracking.

How do Digital Download orders work?

If you opt for our “Digital Download” option, no physical copy of the print will be shipped to you. Instead, you will receive the following digital files via email:

– Digital PDF: A printable PDF file of the design.
– Digital JPEG: A high-resolution JPEG file of the design.

With these files, you can conveniently print the design at home or take them to a print store. This option is perfect for last-minute gifts or for those who prefer a digital format.

Can you include a gift message with my order?

Yes, of course! Just pop a note with your order letting us know the message you’d like to include and we will make sure to add that in with your order.

Shipping Information

UK Orders 🇬🇧

Please be aware that the delivery time scales provided below are estimates from the Royal Mail. During busy periods, delivery may take longer than anticipated.

Royal Mail 24: (est) 1-2 business days
Royal Mail 48: (est) 3-4 business days
Next Day Delivery: Next business day

Next Day Delivery is the only service that guarantees a specific delivery date.

If you don’t choose a fully tracked service for your order, tracking information will only be updated once the item has been delivered or delivery is attempted.

International Orders 🌍

The shipping time for international orders depends on customs procedures and the local postal service in each country.

The Royal Mail estimates an international delivery time frame of 7-10 business days from dispatch, please note that this may vary slightly from country to country and is subject to change.

Rest assured that all international orders are sent with a fully tracked service, allowing you to track the package’s journey right to your doorstep!

Digital Print Orders 💻

Digital orders will be delivered via Email so please ensure to provide the email address you’d like to receive the final files when placing your order.

Only processing times apply to digital orders as no physical product is shipped.

Customs & Import 🛬

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their order, according to their local law and import regulations.

All Products: The processing times for all products on our store is 2-3 business days.

Processing Times May Increase If:

We do not receive completed personalisation details from you at the time of ordering.
You require alterations to the draft and/or if it takes a while to receive a response from you when we contact you.
